Our aim is to enhance understanding of the growing challenges that corporations, financial markets and banks are facing in developing national and global landscapes.

We are a centre of excellence based within Southampton Business School, undertaking rigorous theoretical and empirical research in banking and financial economics. We aim to promote substantive academic partnership with industry and academics around the world, producing cutting-edge research outputs and impact.

Can we make the world better via our research? I am driven by this ethos, building quantitative models to understand complex behaviour of economic agents.
