Wose seye on rode
Cambridge, Trinity College, MS 323, f. 83v

Notes

1. seye: Brown (1932), p. 61, reads the word in the MS as sethe, but thorn and y are very similar in the hand of this scribe, and y may have been the intended form.

10. ywundit: the rhyme suonken / ywundit is imperfect; ywundit is probably a near-synonymous substitution for the istungen 'pierced' of the other MSS.
