Solar Cells and Photovoltaic Materials

We have well equipped laboratory facilities for the fabrication and characterisation of hybrid molecular/silicon photovoltaic structures. Fabrication of crystalline silicon solar cells is carried out in collaboration with Innos Ltd (now the Southampton Nanofabrication Centre). The following research projects are currently under way:
