We are a small Orthopaedic Unit with a strong research
emphasis in all areas of orthopaedics, but with a particular interest in
clinical research in paediatric orthopaedics (Mr. N.M.P. Clarke) and basic
bone biology (Dr. H.I. Roach). In spite of our small size, we obtained
a grade 4 rating in the most recent Research Assessment Exercise.
