biographical note

Rob MacKenzie was born in Glasgow, in 1964, and raised on the Isle of Lewis. After university in Edinburgh, he spent ten years in Colchester, Cambridge and other satellites of London. He is now a Senior Lecturer in Atmospheric Science at Lancaster University.
