Location : Fareham

Project manager : Cliff Latimer, Latimer Associates

Main Contractor : Rod Johnston

Architect : Architectress initially, Latimer Associates final design

Project schedule : 26 weeks, completion due 26 Aug 2011

Carpenter : O’Sullivan and Cheetham

Plumber : Chris Goldring,  Goldring Plumbing and Heating

Roofers :

Electrician : K G Electrical (K Griffen)
