Applying for Schools special guest seating
Each year the Graduation Team receives requests from Faculties for extra seats at graduation and wherever possible these requests are fulfilled. This may be because the Faculty has a connection with certain sectors of the community or companies that help sponsor some of your students. These are all valid requests for extra seats and wherever possible the Graduation Team will try to offer your Faculty some seats.
Allocating these Faculty special guest seats has become increasingly difficult as the numbers of graduands wishing to attend their graduation ceremonies has risen year on year.
If you wish to request any Faculty special guest seats at graduation please do so here. The Graduation Team will consider your request and try wherever possible to allocate the seats at the ceremony. Please do not promise these seats until the Graduation Team confirms whether your guests can be accommodated or not.
Closing date for extra guest seats is the first Friday in:
November for the winter ceremonies
June for the summer ceremonies
