National Science and Engineering Week

The University of Southampton’s award winning Science and Engineering Day event and the exciting Ocean and Earth Day are back again in 2010!

 

National Science and Engineering Week is a 10 day programme of around 2000 events running throughout the whole of the UK, celebrating science, engineering and technology and their importance in our lives.  The programme is hugely varied with an eclectic mix suitable for people of all ages and abilities. 

This year's National Science and Engineering Week will take place from Friday 12 March to Sunday 21 March 2010.  The University of Southampton is celebrating this exciting occasion with a variety of events including Science and Engineering Day and Ocean and Earth Day as well as a programme of events for Schools.
