Introduction to the Library

We have events and additional services in the first few weeks of term to help you make the most of the Library.

There are various loan categories: 3-Week, 1-Week, 2-Day and even 3 hours.

There are five site libraries - University members can use the full range of services and facilities of every site.

These are items in high demand, and they're loaned for jujst 3 hours during the day - but you can borrow them overnight and all weekend.

iSolutions workstations enable you to access facilities such as email, the Internet, word processing and spreadsheet software.

Feeling daunted by the Library? Don't worry - it's quite easy to use! And help is available from our website and our staff.

We provide access to thousands of electronic journals, databases and websites - many are available off-campus.
