Artists Talking image bank 

Hosted by a-n magazine, this site offers over 8000 images from over 3000 UK and international artists whose work has been editorially featured in any of a-n’s publications or web sites since 2000. 

You'll need the a-n magazine's log-in details in order to access these images.  To find these login to the Sussed portal with your institutional (SUSSED) login, click on the Library tab, then click on the Usernames and Passwords link in the ‘Quick links’ box. Select 'Passwords & Login information' on the Library Intranet page.

British Library : Images Online

Textile Museum of Canada Collection Online

The Textile Museum of Canada holds a collection of more than 11,000 objects – cloth made primarily by people for their own use, as well as related artifacts. The permanent collection represents nearly 2,000 years of history and cultural traditions from over 200 countries and regions around the world.  The TMC Collection Online presents an ever expanding database of images and descriptions relating to thousands of works in the permanent collection.
