Bespoke Staff Development Events

In addition to the workshop programme and deskside coaching, LATEU offers the opportunity of bespoke training courses to all Schools, Faculties and Services (subject to availability of our presenters).

These can be full day, half day or lunchtime sessions dependent on the requirements of the school. Examples include:

  • any of our advertised workshops could be adapted to your specific needs
    • e.g. supervisor training has been run in various schools and faculties as a half day course (LASS faculty and ECS)
    • e.g. “Teaching diverse student groups” and ”Teaching and Managing Large Cohorts” have been run as a lunchtime sessions in schools
  • any of our advertised deskside coaching topics could be adapted to your specific needs
    • e.g. use of the Turnitin service to deter plagiarism has been run as a lunchtime session in a school.
  • other topics may also be possible (please contact us to discuss).
