Delivery

For UDE (University Desktop Environment) iSolutions supported machines some items are on your Add/Remove programme list. If just a license is required to be purchased (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Pro) and the cost code is provided, access can be given the same day.  If it is not listed on Add/Remove programmes then a local installation will be arranged which normally takes 2-3 days.  Delivery of media normally takes 3-5 working days.

Adobe Contractual Licensing Programme

iSolutions purchases Adobe educational use products through the Adobe Contractual Licensing Programme (CLP). The University has purchased sufficient to get to Level 3 pricing (CLP 3) on this programme providing a significant discount.  Commonly purchased items under this programme are Adobe Acrobat Professional and the Adobe Creative Suite (CS4) products.
