iSolutions Service Catalogue

A service catalogue, is defined as a list of services that an organization provides, to its employees or customers.

In iSolutions the catalogue classifies our services into:

  • 15 Service Categories - broad areas;
  • 61 Services Types - large services  e.g Finance, Student Admin Service
  • 260 Services - Component parts of each Service Type.

For each Service entry in the Service Catalogue, it shows the following-

  1. Service Category
  2. Service Type.
  3. Service Name
  4. Description of the Service
  5. Service Owner
  6. Business Owner
  7. Technical Approver
  8. Any defined "At risk period"
  9. Service Support Guide if available.
