Contacting ServiceLine
ServiceLine is our central help-line offering first line help and advice on any IT or telephony related problem. The ServiceLine support can be obtained through using ServiceLine Online - www.soton.ac.uk/ithelp -  or can be contacted by email or telephone, for more information please see here.

Reading our publications
iSolutions produces several printed publications to help you keep in touch with the services we offer:

  • Our Departmental leaflet introduces our services in general.
  • The Halls Network Connection leaflet helps students connecting their pc.

iSolutions liaison with the University
iSolutions aims to work closely with liaison representatives from Faculties and departments in order to help with any issues or problems arising from use of the services and facilities provided by iSolutions to support the work of the University.
