ILAWS contribution to teaching

ILAWS is a unique research centre that combines Southampton School of Law expertise in areas including Information Technology law, IT law and the public sector, law and national and comparative Intellectual Property law.  These research interests feed into directly the teaching that ILAWS staff undertake on the School of Law  undergraduate (LLB) and postgraduate(LLM) taught programmes.

 

Students attending lectureThe School of Law offers a specialist LLM stream in Information Technology & Commerce.  Enquiries or applications for admission should be directed to Mrs Leonora Onaran (LL.B.). 

The Distance Learning LLM (Information Technology and Telecommunications Law) 3252 which is validated by the University of Southampton is offered as a full or part time course. The course may be studied part- time over 24 months or, full time over 12 months.
