Graduation is an extremely busy period and you are advised that nearly all enquiries are easily answered in the ‘Frequently Asked Questions' section of this website.
Email queries to the Graduation Team Graduation@soton.ac.uk. This inbox is checked daily and we will endeavour to respond to you within ten working days at this busy time.
Please be aware that due to the Data Protection Act 1998 the Graduation Team and the Student Services Team are not at liberty to divulge or take instruction from a third party, even if that third party is a family member.
Once ceremonies commence the Graduation Ticket Collection and Information Desk will open and the staff there will gladly answer any queries or give further information as you require on the day.

Exam results and awards queries:
We respectfullly ask you to please contact your School Office if your enquiry relates to Examination Results and Awards. Please contact the Examination Office if your enquiry relates to your award certificate, email: exams@soton.ac.uk
