Extra guest ticket information
Each graduand is automatically allocated 2 free guest tickets for entrance to their ceremony. Although many graduands and guests feel that they have a special case to receive more than 2 tickets we have found that this is the fairest way to allocate tickets to all those choosing to attend their ceremony.
Although not guaranteed of success the Graduation Team also offers a further layer of customer service:
1. For each ceremony we hold a list of graduands requesting a maximum of 2 extra guest tickets. A link to an online request form will be emailed to all those graduands who applied to attend graduation before the 31 October deadline. This will be available for one week.
This is on a 'first come - first served' basis. If after the final download of awards (beginning of December) we have any spare seats to offer we will email you and ask if you would like to utilise this option - please make sure that we have your current email address!
If you do not hear from us it means that we cannot accommodate your request. Please still ask at the ticket desk on the day as they will know if any graduands are unexpectedly not attending and their seats have become available.
2. On the day please ask at the Ticket Collection and Information Desk.
3. The Halls Managers (identified by their crimson robes) on the guest doors to the venue auditorium will carry any spare tickets for graduands and guests who have not shown up on the day. Please add your name to the list that they oversee for each ceremony. You will be seated in the foyer and called 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony if any seats become available.
The Graduation Team is happy to offer you these extra facilities but must stress that success cannot be guaranteed.
We would like you to invite as many family and friends as you wish to share in your special day. There are many further facilities on offer to accommodate everyone.

- We offer you the Graduation Family Marquee, this seats 120 persons and has a 8ft x 6ft cinema style screen relaying the ceremonies live. As children under 5 years old are not permitted into the ceremonial hall the Graduation Family Marquee offers a child friendly area.

The Graduation Team will do its utmost to allocate further tickets where ever possible but please be assured you need leave no one at home, there are lots of extra facilities to cope with the extra volume of people - do invite your family and friends and enjoy your very special day!
