Publicising support offered by Career Destinations to students

Career Destinations offers a wide range of services for students and graduates and whilst we promote these services to students directly using a variety of mechanisms including regular mailings, advertising in Wessex Scene and weekly emails we are also keen to work with academics to better inform students. Possible ways of doing this include:

  • presentations
  • road shows – Career Destinations stand and publicity is located in an area of high student traffic specific to  your students
  • Notice board displays
  • publicity is made available to students in a faculty resource area
  • Use of faculty/programme websites and blackboard to promote our services
  • Encouragement from personal tutors for students to engage with Career Destinations
