Please see below for a brief description of over 100 events that are organised by Career Destinations annually. With each of our Career Fairs, Skills Workshops or Employer Presentations and other events, our goal is to assist you with your career planning, whether you're a student or a graduate.
- Career Destinations Events Calendar
Our Events Calendar provides a full listing of all of our upcoming career events, from Starting Point Talks hosted by visiting employers to career fairs. Please go here to book selected events online. - Starting point talks are held from 1pm-1.40pm and are relevant to all students as they are generic career skills talk.
- Skills workshops are generally two hours and are more interactive and in depth than starting point talks.
- Mock Interviews take place within Career Destinations and these are a chance to practice your interview skills and receive constructive feedback.
- Employer Presentations take place in the evening at 6pm in the Staff Social Centre and these are an opportunity to speak to a specific employer of interest and hear about their organisation as well as a chance to network and meet people that currently work for the organisation.
