Lists of houses advertised through SASSH

The first place to look for private rented accommodation should always be the SASSH lists, which contain details of all the accommodation currently advertised through the scheme. To be advertised through the scheme properties should meet stringent safety standards, including gas, electricity and fire standards.

The lists are normally updated twice per week. 

If you are looking for a property available immediately, with contracts running up until the end of June 2009, please see the lists for 2008/09 here.

If you are already not part of a group looking to share a house together, individual rooms available in houses are listed under "single rooms". You can also sign up for the flatmates scheme here to form a group to look for a property together.

  • We endeavour to keep our lists as up-to-date as possible, but we rely on landlords to let us know when a property advertised with us has been taken.
