Winchester – Erasmus Park
Erasmus Park provides 378 study bedrooms with ensuite facilities divided into flats of 6 rooms and houses of 10 rooms sharing a kitchen. This accommodation, which is let by the University in partnership with A2 Dominion (the property owners) is available for both undergraduate and postgraduate students studying in Winchester.
Erasmus Park is situated just 15 minutes walk from the Winchester Campus. There is a 24-hour superstore just five minutes walk away from the hall.
Rooms are available on standard and long contracts.
All rooms have telephony included, as well as data connection points in all rooms, giving unlimited access to the University's high-speed internet network.
NB. For those who do not need a long let agreement but would like extra time in hall during the summer vacation period 'Out of Term Residence' (OTR) is available in other halls during this time.
A Uni-link bus pass is not included in the hall fees for Erasmus Park, as the Uni-link network only covers Southampton; the hall fees are reduced to take this into account.

You must submit all 3 options for your application to be valid unless you are applying for Winchester, where en suite is the only Room Type available.
