Postgraduate and Mature Undergraduate Fees 2009/2010

We recognize that not all undergraduates are of school leaver age and we understand the different needs and lifestyles of students at all ages. Because of this we often place mature undergraduates with postgraduate students. We generally class students aged 21 or over as mature students but there are no strict rules. If you have a strong preference for living with younger undergraduates or postgraduates please state this on your application.

These are the fees charged for rooms available to Postgraduates and Mature Undergraduates in 2009/2010. These prices are valid from 27th September 2009 to 19th September 2010.

**It is possible to apply for a standard contract within a studio flat; however please note that applications for long contracts will be given priority over applications for standard contracts.
